Refund Policy

All perishable food and beverage items from Vive cannot be returned. However, if a food or beverage item is delivered damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of receipt. Non-perishable items may be returned for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are returned in the same condition and original packaging. 

Refunds issued in 3-5 business days: Once your refund / return has been approved you will see it on your account with in 3-5 business days. If it has been longer than 5 business days, and you still don't see it, please contact us.

Include date and time of your purchase if you can't find your receipt: If you don't have your receipt handy, simply include the date and time of your purchase when you contact us, and we will see if we can find it for you!

No refunds on Gift Cards: Due to security constraints, gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have been issued.

Perishable Products Policy

We cannot accept returns on juice and made-to-order items: Because of the perishable nature of our juice and cafe items, we do not accept returns. Depending on circumstances, we may offer a partial or full refund / store credit. If there is an issue with your purchase, contact us right away (within 24 hours).

Order Cancellation: Orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If you have an order scheduled for Friday, you must contact us by Thursday.

Spoilage: Refunds will not be giving for juice that spoils because it was left out for too long. You are responsible for proper refrigeration and for being available during the delivery date and time that you selected. If you won't be home when your delivery is scheduled, please leave out a cooler and our driver will place your order in the cooler.

Unsatisfied with product taste or quality: If you ever have a product at Merlion Beverage Company that you didn't like the flavor of, please reach out to us at administration@merlionbeverages.com, and let us know! We may be able to give you an in-store credit to try something else!

Non-Perishable Products Policy

30-day returns on non-perishable goods: For all non-perishable and packaged products we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy on all products returned in good condition, unopened, and in the original packaging.

If you have experienced a problem that is outside the scope of the above listed policies, please contact us and we will see what we can do!
